My sister sent me the link to a video the other day. And I just have to say I absolutely loved it. I don’t know why, maybe because I’ve always loved The Sound of Music. Almost as much as Beauty and the Beast! Both of which I’m getting on Blu-ray for Christmas (oops, I’m not supposed to know about that, am I?). Take a look at the clip; it’s about 4 minutes long. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7EYAUazLI9k It’s pretty amazing. I can just see myself in a BART station here in San Francisco and having all these wonderful people come dancing down into my life. Can you imagine, especially if you didn’t know it was a stunt! If you read the little blurb underneath, it does say that it was rehearsed, but still, what an amazing sight. It made me feel better, happy, just watching it. Okay, go ahead, watch. Then come back tell me if it brightened your day just a bit, too. I’m going to show it to my mom when I go down there to visit today!

Good morning!
You might want to watch Oprah this Thursday. Her web site says:
Thu 10/28: For the First Time in 45 Years - The Sound of Music Cast Reunites
I've already written it down to record! I hope you enjoy it too!
BTW, thanks for your clip. It DID brighten my day!
I say this at my own risk , I don't care for musicals. My daughters love them, but the only musical I like is Seven Brides For Seven Brothers.
Happy Monday. I've seen that video before. I always catch "The Sound of Music" when they show it on TV.

My pleasure to share, Ina! In fact, I think I'll go watch it again!
Sorry, amazingrose, I missed you. Yes, try it again! Especially since it's been a long time since you've seen it! We had our Norwegian relatives visiting in April and Line and I watched it together, and the hubbies played with the sports car!
