And I the excercise, eating out less, more fruits and veggies are good goals on the way to losing the weight. It's breaking the big task down into smaller goals which are accomplishable.

Happy Day after Christmas, everyone!Jennifer Skully/Jasmine Hayneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05836284910015618204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-486838000582729346.post-45042736094373241332008-12-25T19:34:00.000-08:002008-12-25T19:34:00.000-08:00Goals...hmm.Eat more fresh fruits & veggies, g...Goals...hmm.

Eat more fresh fruits & veggies, go out to eat less (added bonus of saving money). I really need to lose some weight - about 40 pounds - but having that as a goal doesn't go over very well. If I can make some small changes in my eating habits and daily routine (like parking farther from the store entrance, walking to the library, stretching for the hour I'm watching House MD) maybe trying to lose weight will feel less like a chore.

As for the writing: I recently finished a novella called Open Proposal and am hoping good things come of that. Right now, I'm working on the layout for a novel-length erotic paranormal called The Secrets of Stone House and plan to begin the actual writing next month. Also in the works: three erotic novellas revolving around a chocolate shop. I have some of the layout complete on this book, though I'll really dig into it after Stone House is completed.Ritahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16630988810913756923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-486838000582729346.post-36311847903093362362008-12-25T19:32:00.000-08:002008-12-25T19:32:00.000-08:00This comment has been removed by the author.Ritahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16630988810913756923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-486838000582729346.post-12641602157616733452008-12-25T09:34:00.000-08:002008-12-25T09:34:00.000-08:00My goal is to lose about 20 lbs.
